Cannabis Absinthe

The photographer asks, “Does it make you drunk or high?!” I’m going to say, “I can’t remember.”

wow lol you’re special with a capital R. to find % of alcohol you divide the proof of the alcohol by two. for example, a 140 proof drink is 70% alcohol.

  12. It is often poured over sugar, with a special spoon. This obviously mellows the taste somewhat.

First time for me was in Okinawa, Brand name was D’Absinthe 58 (degree mark).
We flamed it, blew it out, and then shot it. Some time later the purple dragons and firey Unicorns left, and we floated home on the soft mushroom clouds…LOL

It’s the Thujone (derived from Wormwood) that gives it its “psychoactive” qualities. It will flat plow your field, I am here to tell you. Must be a knockout punch adding the cannabis..

You can buy it here in the US, but only if it is “Thujone Free.” So…why buy it?

Actually almost all serious absinthe drinkers don’t bother with sugar. The traditional ice-cold water dripped into the absinthe is enough. And definitely DON’T use fire. That is just pure stupidity and it ruins the absinthe.
